Done on November 21, 2012. I drew Reimu Hakurei from the Japanese video game, Touhou! 
I haven't uploaded anything lately so I drew this. I haven't ever really tried doing frilly type clothing, so this was kind of annoying on parts. I also got lazy on some frilly parts lol. Oh Well. I really don't like the paper i use, but i gotta deal with it in the mean time. Hope you like it !
